THE HIGH-STAKES SPRINT · 4 WEEKS

You have the pitch.
The meeting. The negotiation.

Coming up.

You know your material. The question is whether you'll have access to yourself when it counts.

What's actually on the line

It's not the presentation. It's what happens after. The deal that funds the next 18 months. The promotion that changes your trajectory. The room where one conversation decides whether they take you seriously.

You've prepared the content. You've rehearsed the answers. And you know, from experience, that none of that guarantees anything once the pressure hits. Because the version of you that shows up in that room isn't the version that rehearsed it. It's the version your nervous system decides to deploy.

Why you freeze (and why rehearsing harder won't fix it)

Your brain runs a prediction about every high-stakes situation before you walk into it. If the prediction says “threat,” your nervous system optimizes for safety instead of performance, and you get the rambling, the over-explaining, the version of you that watches yourself instead of reading the room.

Rehearsing the content doesn't touch the prediction. That's why the preparation keeps not working. You're training the behavior while the thing that's actually breaking sits underneath it, untouched.

The sprint retrains the prediction. Not in general. For that specific room.

The sprint

Four weeks. One situation. My personal eyes on it.

01

Week 1: The Diagnostic

We map exactly what your brain predicts in that room. Not a general confidence assessment. The specific prediction running your worst moments in that specific situation.

02

Weeks 2-3: The Reps

Daily reps built for that exact room. Real-world, not hypothetical. You walk into versions of the situation before the real one, collect evidence, and update the prediction.

03

Week 4: The Room

You walk in. We debrief after. You keep the system for every room after this one.

Between sessions: direct WhatsApp access. Not open-ended coaching. Scoped to the sprint, focused on the situation.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You have a specific situation with a date on the calendar
  • You know your material and the gap is access under pressure
  • The outcome of this one situation is worth more than the cost of the sprint

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

  • You want general confidence improvement over time (that’s the community)
  • You want ongoing transformation across every situation (that’s private coaching)
  • You’re looking for someone to tell you what to say (that’s not training, that’s a script, and scripts break)

$1,250. ONE-TIME.

Scoped to one situation. Compare it to what the situation is worth. If the pitch is worth $50K, this is 2.5% of the outcome. If the promotion changes your income for the next five years, this is rounding error.

Walk into that room as yourself.
